Chef Kelly Q. Dietrich has teamed up with the Vermont Chamber of Commerce Hospitality Council and is donating 6-10 tuition-free spaces at residential culinary camp for 2008. Vermont students wishing to be considered for free tuition must write a short essay about "what I hope to learn, cook and share after a week at Kids Culinary Academy of Vermont".
