Annual Old Fashioned Harvest Market is centered at the United Church of Underhill. This family-oriented community fair features 2 days of entertainment, food & fun, with an opening parade, over 100 crafters, LOTS of great food, kids activities, & music. Many great kids activities, including:
- ZUCCHINI DECORATING CONTEST-prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in each category.

There's live music all day and lots of other activities that are fun for the entire family---tractor hayrides, pick your own apples, circus arts with Phin Sonin, our Cider House Farm Market, Tractor Petting Zoo, and a haybale maze.

Held every year on the Saturday after Columbus Day in the Cabot School Gym, the Apple Pie Festival is a six hour affair of games, pie making contests, local entertainment, Homemade award winning pies for sale to take home, raffles and many tables of local artisans crafts.

The first East Charlotte Tractor Parade was held on October 14, 2001.
