Allen Brook Nature Trail

The Allen Brook Nature Trail is a short 0.5 mile loop trail (paved) that passes through small stand of woods on the Williston Central School property. The trail crosses over the Allen Brook, where there is a boardwalk and observation platform for nature study or quiet contemplation. There are two playgrounds on the school property. One is specifically for younger children.

The Burlington Skate Park is located on Lake Street, just north of Waterfront Park. This facility, for skateboarders, bikers and in-line skaters offers rails and ramps, boxes, a half bowl and half pipe. Learn from some of Vermont’s finest boarders! This camp is geared to skaters with beginner to intermediate skills. Boarders will be split into groups based on abilities. Located behind Williston Central School, this park offers 2 soccer fields, a softball field, a Little League field, 2 sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and an outdoor skating rink. The Village Bike Path runs through this park, making it an excellent destination for all kinds of recreation.
