Creating opportunities for every person to swim. The Learning Pool is a Not for Profit Organization whose hope is to encourage and grow Aquatics in Chittenden County and beyond. Creating opportunities to learn to swim and to continue to swim for every person. The Learning Pool currently has an enrollment of approximately 120+/- swimmers and a wait-list for several lessons. North Beach is located on the shore of Lake Champlain next to the Burlington Bike Path. Amenities include a large sandy beach, grassy picnic area with grills and picnic tables, a full service snack bar open daily 11am-6pm, rest rooms and foot showers. Lifeguard on duty to August 22nd and weekends until Labor Day.
North Beach Picnic Pavillion can accomodate groups of up to 70-80 for parties, barbeques and meetings.

Lasher's Splashers offers fun and friendly swim lessons in an outdoor heated pool in Hinesburg. Alyssa Lasher, kindergarten teacher, has been teaching swim lessons for 20 years.
Group lessons will be held from July 9th to July 13th. Each session is either a half hour or 45 minutes depending on skills taught. Lesson times will fall between the hours of 2:30-5:00.
