This is a traditional sugarhouse that boils with wood and offers educational tours. They have an antique equipment museum to browse, lambs to feed, sugar on snow and of course maple cream, syrup, granulated sugar, candies, free samples.

The Allen Brook Nature Trail is a short 0.5 mile loop trail (paved) that passes through small stand of woods on the Williston Central School property. The trail crosses over the Allen Brook, where there is a boardwalk and observation platform for nature study or quiet contemplation. There are two playgrounds on the school property. Take a horse drawn sleigh ride up to cut your tree. Pack a picnic if you'd like to eat by the pond. If it is cold you can relax inside the cabin. They have Balsam Fir trees. There is a field with large unpruned trees, 15-25'. Prices include baling.
