Parking: Yes - There are two entrances: he Williston Community Park parking lot, next to the Williston Central School; and a parking lot near the intersection of North Williston Rd and Route 2.

The Allen Brook Nature Trail is a short 0.5 mile loop trail (paved) that passes through small stand of woods on the Williston Central School property. The trail crosses over the Allen Brook, where there is a boardwalk and observation platform for nature study or quiet contemplation. There are two playgrounds on the school property. One is specifically for younger children.
General Rules of Use for Williston Country Parks and Primitive Trails
- Pack OUT what you Packed IN - there are no trash facilities
- No Camping or Fires
- No Discharge of Firearms
- No Motorized Vehicles (except snowmobiles on designated VAST trails)
- Dogs must be under Voice Control
- Please Pick Up after your Dog
- Mountain Bikes allowed ONLY on designated trails
- Please Park in Designated Parking Areas
- All Parks and Trails Close at Dusk

I love this little path. It is just right for your beginner cyclist, rollerblader, or skateboarder. Or perfect if you just want to stretch your legs and take a family walk. Not too far, yet not too short where you will be bored. You get a change of scenery when you go through the woods and then if you want to park the bikes by the side of the path and go "off road", take a walk down the dirt path to the observation trail and check out...more
