The Free Concert Series has become a tradition in Burlington's Battery Park for young and old, residents and visitors. The concerts take place at the height of Lake Champlain's summer and feature regional musicians.

Thursday, July 8th: Bob Wagner & Friends
Rising blues guitarist/vocalist Bob Wagner is joined by Ray Paczkowski (Vorcza, Trey Anastasio Band) on Hammond B3 organ and Russ Lawton (Trey Anastasio Band, Strangefolk) with other special guests. This band is defining groove blues and turning ears across the region.
Thursday, July 15th: Robert Francis
Robert Francis grew up surrounded by music. When Francis was nine, family friend Ry Cooder gifted him his first National Slide guitar. Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Robert Francis’ latest album Before Nightfall was recently released on Atlantic Records. “He has laid himself out in song and created some incredibly moving and beautiful musical moments." – National Public Radio review.
Thursday, July 22nd: Foley Artist
The intricate acoustic guitar melodies of Michael Chorney, the ripping blues of the Eames Brothers and the sultry, ethereal vocals of Miriam Bernardo combine for an evening of eclectic blues and roots music.
Thursday, July 29th: Gin Wigmore
At 16, New Zealand rocker Gin Wigmore won the US-based International Songwriting Contest. In 2008, Gin was signed to Motown Universal Records. A gifted songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, her latest album, Holy Smoke, was recorded with backing band, The Cardinals (Ryan Adams.) “Smart songs that would work in a coffee house or an arena” said the New York Post.
