Ditto what the others have said about the haircuts being hit or miss. I have 2 boys--3.5 years and 15 months and I had been taking my oldest to barber shops and found them to all be so DIRTY [and I'm not particularly germ-sensitive] that I couldn't bear it any longer. Big League is clean and kid-friendly and with the haircuts only being hit or miss and not consistently bad, I'll take my chances. I figure, it grows back, anyhow. :)

I echo what other reviewers have said. I really liked the set up with televisions at each station. However unless you know exactly how you want your child's hair cut, it can be a miss. If I were organized, I would say schedule at appointment with a hairdresser you know cuts good hair. I have always dropped in.

Been here once and will never return, The atmosphere is wonderful for children, but the haircut that my toddler received was awful. He has VERY thick hair, but she hardly took anything off. My son is scared of the buzzer so she used the scissors, fine, but after repeatedly asking her to cut more off, she just wasn't getting it!! He literally left and looked like he NEVER even got a haircut. Going to try out my husband's barbershop.

Been here a few times with my son, and while it is a cool place to bring a kid, the haircut is either hit or miss. The last cut was so bad (didn't really notice until after he showered at home) we had to call the store. The manager was very apologetic and stated the hair cutter was no longer there, but you have to wonder why they were hired to begin with. May be some time before I try again.

My kids love going here. The atmosphere is fantastic, for kids. They get to watch TV, and the waiting room has old seats from sports arenas. The haircuts however, which is why we parents bring them there, are only mediocre and not inexpensive.
