Sweet stop for a creemee! They have both a curbside take-out window or indoor counter service. And you can sit inside where it is air-conditioned or there are a few tables out front. You could even take them down the street to the playground.

It used to be just Vanilla and Chocolate, but now the are changing up the flavors on a weekly basis. You will have your Vanilla as a staple then perhaps Maple or Black Raspberry. If you are choosy, best to call ahead.

They do have baby size ($1.25) which is good because my small ($1.50) was plenty big. The Vanilla was very rich and creamy. I was assured by a staff member they use the "good stuff" ;-)

Bridge Street Cafe in Richmond is great! As a former Richmond resident it was always a great place to grab a bite to eat. Great diner food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.

Kid friendly, tasty and fast! This is a great little find that offers a wide range of breakfast dishes (our favorite meal to eat out), good hot coffee, and friendly service. I would describe the food as better than diner food - both in terms of quality and variety (they have some interesting options here). The food comes up fast (a must for families with kids) and they have plenty of coloring books & crayons to keep the little guys busy while you wait. Its also close to the Richmond park which we love, so its perfect for a weekend morning.

The dishes do tend towards the heavy side but they have fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc. for those looking for something light. Also be prepared that beverages are self serve (we don't care but I suppose some people might).
