Burlington Tennis Club is the quintessential family summer club experience. They are a member-owned, not-for-profit swim and tennis club hidden in South Burlington right next to the UVM athletic facilities. Their season typically runs from mid-May to October (weather permitting). They offer award winning swim and tennis programs, a relaxed atmosphere, and a location often described as “an oasis.” Their facilities include a 8-lane, 25-yard pool and 8 beautiful clay tennis courts.
Tennis: BTC maintains the finest 8 HarTru clay tennis courts in the area. Members may reserve courts using our on-line system. Tennis involves the whole family at BTC including tennis lessons, a junior tennis team adult drop-ins and a Club Championship.
Pool: Their pool is 8 lanes by 25 yards. It is 8 feet deep at the diving end and 3.5 feet deep at the shallow end. For younger children, there is also a 15′ x 20′ stair section which is 3 feet deep. The BTC Swim Team provides a competitive swimming experience in a fun and positive social atmosphere.

BTC is our home in the summer. My wife, children, and I are there nearly every day. There are obvious attractions: a giant pool in the hot summer, the best clay courts within a day's drive, a swim team that will turn a sinker into a swimmer, a quiet...more
