I was intrigued and impressed by the authenticity of the wands, when I saw them all lined up. The craftsmanship was excellent. And the handcrafted spell book blew me away! It's clear a lot of care has gone into the preparation of these camps!

My 9-year-old daughter attended the Garden Magic session of this camp, and it was by far greater than her expectations. She simply thrived in the magical setting, her imagination hard at work with all of the wonderful activities they had prepared. Joplin and Alison created such a magical, nurturing environment and the kids all seemed to be fully engaged in each of the things they had prepared for each day. One of my other children left each day saying she wanted to attend next year, and the ultimate compliment to a camp - the one who did attend is already asking when she can go back to camp!...more

My 11 year old son attended this camp last year and had a wonderful time. He is an experienced and somewhat "picky" camper - but his week of enchantment camp far exceeded his desires and expectations. Alison and Joplin create an amazingly magical environment. Every activity was presented thoughtfully and the materials used were of such high quality. My son was completely engaged - so much so that this is the only camp he has requested to attend again this summer....more

For children who love to live in the magic of their imagination, these are the perfect camps. They don their robes, pick up their wands, and start casting spells. Every day we do Quidditch, act in a play, and attend magic classes. Last summer, the kids were absolutely glowing. Google the NPR report from Morning Edition, put in "Shelburne Hogwarts"
