  • If there is more than one son or three generations playing, each father/son combination will post their own score.

  • Maximum Handicap - 24, Golfer will play off 100% of handicap.

I've done this twice with my father-in-law and we had a blast. Not only are the golf courses as good as you can imagine, but the whole operation is handled beautifully. From your arrival, to baggage, to transportation, to the hotel, to dinners, etc., Jerry Quinlan's staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. Now the golf. You play among 50 or so other father/son teams and compete for the cup. It's competitive, but not to the point that you are not elbow to elbow afterwards in the pub or on the bus. Some of the funniest moments are on the bus ride (sometimes about 90 minutes) back to the hotel. Though most teams are sons in their 20s and 30s, there were a few teenagers that thoroughly enjoyed themselves. If you have a decent teenage golfer, I would highly recommend taking a look at this excursion....more
