What would Burlington be without the Flynn Theatre? Each year they bring to our community multiple youth and family productions. As well, they provide summer camps and classes throughout the year. The venue itself is so grand with its stylish modernism. The Art Deco MainStage was fully restored in 2000. This has been a great way to introduce our children to the arts from a very young age.

We have been to shows many times such as David Copperfield and many shows based off books. Our son has a special need and the theater has always been welcoming to our family. We would love to see more kids shows but are glad that the Flynn does as many as they have.

I am a grandmother of (4) wonderful children and I am the one who can't wait to be a chaperone with a group of kids, I know I have just as much fun if not more than they do. What a great way to expose them at a young age the diversity of theater and the captivating show. I am a Huge Eric Carle fan and can't wait unitil his stuff comes around again. Thanks Flynn for the adventures in dreamland.

It is wonderful having a place like the Flynn in Burlington and only 15 minutes from our home. My kids have gone there for school events each year as well as us for adult shows. The prices are very reasonable and the shows attract many different types of people. They certainly cater to everyone's styles. It always amazes me the great performances they have each year and I can hardly wait to look at the calendar to see what's coming up...more

My family very much enjoys the Flynn! We have been Flynn members for many years and take in at least 5 different shows each year.
One of the best shows when my kids were younger was the Very Hungry Caterpillar, now that they are older (all of 10 & 12) there favorite show from the recent past was 4ish. They have asked me repeatedly if there may be a follow up to that show.
We have seen numerous Broadway shows, like...more

The Flynn does a great job bringing high quality performances for children to Burlington. My son has particularly enjoyed the Eric Carle puppet shows (I was as entertained as he was). Just being in the beautiful theater at the Flynn has itself been a cultural experience for my kids.

The Flynn venue is a unique & beautiful with the art deco decor intact;
My husband and I have attended a few Capitol steps concerts, Lyric productions, and have found the staff to be quite helpful.
Sometimes parking can be tricky, but downtown Burlington's parking is left to be desired at times.

My daughter has enjoyed several trips to the Flynn with her school. Flat Stanley and Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters are among the favorites. Come to think of it - anything we see at the Flynn is a favorite - from Nutcracker to Lyric Theater's Cinderella. There is something unique and special about this gorgeous, restored theater that is truly one of Burlington's greatest gems.

My wife and I moved back to Vermont because of the Flynn. The quality and variety of performances are far superior to any other city of Burlington's size.
Great acoustics, not a bad seat in the house, and pink art deco walls! What else could anyone want?

My daughter loves the Flynn! She has attended 4 summer camps this year and they have all been GREAT! Small class sizes and great teachers are just a few of things that have made these camps so great. She's already talking about what camps she wants go to next year.
Her school takes one field trip a year to one of the great childrens shows and this is always her favorite field trip of the year.
