Kids can dress up in their favorite costume for trick or treating. Trick-or-treat at participating stores in the mall and on Church Street. Then at noon enjoy a street parade.
- 10:30am - NOON: Trick-or-Treating at participating merchants on the Marketplace. Be sure to get a goody bag from the gorilla in front Burlington Town Center!
- 10:00-Noon: Visit BCA Center (135 Church Street) for a free, fun, crafty project. No registration necessary.

This was a fun event! It is great to walk along church street and see so many different kiddos all dressed up. The bounce house was great and fun crafts at the Burlington arts. I was extremely disappointed by such greedy, pushy parents who grabbed HANDFULS of candy not only for themselves but for their children. And saddened by the fact that I saw few parents take the opportunity to teach their children gratitude.

The Church Street Market Place Association goes all out to make sure this event flows smoothly. Anyone can participate in the parade just by marching down the street. No worrying about safety, because of course cars are not allowed. However, it is extremely crowded so of course the little ones need to be looked after lest they vanish in the crowd. Almost all of the retailers participate and each one is its own "house" passing out candy...more
