Kids Culinary Camp is an opportunity for children ages 9-16 to experience the great Vermont traditions of culinary arts, local garden and farm food knowledge. Camp owner/Chef Instructor is Kelly Q. Dietrich of Souza's Churrascaria, a popular Brazilian restaurant in Burlington, Vermont.
Camp is offered in one and two week sessions from Sunday - Saturday. This is an intense, yet fun, day or residential camp. Each Day of the one week session new culinary skills are introduced. They include:
