Lake Iroquois is a man-made lake that was created in 1867 and now managed by the Lake Iroquois Recreational District representing the four towns of Williston, Richmond, Hinesburg and St. George.
Amenities include a beach, snack bar (June - August), restrooms, and a playground. A 1.3 mile hiking trail is open to the public for free, even during beach hours. During the off-season, the beach is a popular fishing spot and ice skating in the winter.

9AM to dusk (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Rules:
- Swim at your own risk as there will not be a lifeguard on duty.
- All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- No boat access allowed at the beach area.
- No launching/docking facilities available for any watercraft.
- Use of alcoholic beverages is NOT permitted.
- No smoking on the premises.
- Inflatable toys, swimming aids at your own risk.
- No open fires.
- No dogs allowed.
- No nudity regardless of age.

I took my 3 1/2 year old there. Its small and full of families Clean toilets, concessions, a play ground and even book to borrow to read. Hannah loved it. The water was warm and she loved diggin in the sand. Very family friendly and quaint
