You can get your groove back! Do your own dance with other prenatal/postnatal moms and caregivers. Bring baby groovers in carriers/backpacks. Babies love good vibes, too! No age limit for babes as long as you are both comfortable dancing with a carrier. Moms alone welcome to shake it, too! Opening exercises followed by freestyle dance to world, soul, reggae, and more happy beats. There are no steps to learn... each day with baby is challenging enough!

Instructor certified in Pre/Postnatal Exercise and Personal Training.
