At Moo Gong Do Vermont children and adults all train together so they can learn from each other.

They are directly across from Rite Aid and are on the second floor above Bond Auto. The school is open from 5-8 pm Mon-Fri and 9-10 am on Saturdays.

I have trained in Moo Gong Do for 5 years now and I can say with knowledge that this school offeres more then just learning how to punch and kick.

There is structure that is not often found in many other shools. Students learn the value of respect for them selves and others.

Yes, the classes are mixed from age and rank. This serves to strengthen the over all experience. As Senior members have just as much to learn from Junior members; as juniors have to learn from seniors.

If you are still not sure give it a try it is one of the best schools out there.
