The concept is good but the program is DULL. It needs a leader with ehthusiasm. More and varied instruments would also help. I have been there several times thinking next time it will be better but it never is.

The "moving and grooving" concept is appealing but it would help if there were interaction between the instructor and the children. In addition, it would help if there were more pom poms for the kids to share and a greater variety of toy instruments for the kids to play with.

Kids (and adults!) are much too sedentary today! This program encourages fun, active, rhythmic movement to lively music from all over the world. Studies have shown that listening and moving to music creates new and more complex neural pathways, especially in developing young brains.
Let's all get stronger, more co-ordinated and smarter, the fun way!
