New Explorers Yoga (10 – 18 months) - These young crawlers and walkers will delight in yoga songs and poses focusing on body parts, spacial awareness and recognition of other little friends in the room. Pre-registration required.
Evolution Yoga offers a wide range of yoga classes for kids of all ages. Starting with babies 6 weeks old and continuing on all the way up to High School. There are even pre and post-natal classes where new moms can bring their babies from 6 weeks to crawling.
Additionally, they now offer special events such as birthday parties.
