You can say thank you to a military service member by being a circle of support for a military kid. DO YOU KNOW A MILITARY CHILD? There are 4,000 active military families, & over 50,000 veterans in the state of Vermont. Chances are good that you know a military kid – a child who’s parent, sibling, cousin, or grandparent has served. Most of these kids are resilient, and proud of their military member’s service. That service comes with a price, however, & sometimes military kids experience things they shouldn’t have to face alone.

Come to an info meeting and find out how Operation: Military Kids Regional Teams help Vermont’s military kids connect with other kids, so they know they aren’t alone. You can make sure Vermont communities understand what military kids go through, and are there to offer support when things get tough.
