The Community of Milton is building a performance Center in Bombardier Recreation Park. We have done all the fund raising ourselves, and are now constructing it with our own hands. We began fundraising in February 2006 and reached our financial goal of $20,600 in January 2007. We have received contributions of materials, money, time, and talent from many individuals and local business. We held our ground breaking April 16, 2007 and began our construction. We took the winter off, but will resume construction on April 19 and will be working every weekend to complete this amazing structure. We plan to be finished May 31. It is so awesome to see so many people of all ages and interests working together on this project. The Town is planning a community wide dedication ceremony and celebration on June 21, 2008.
