Cost: Free - Kids Race is Free| $5 ($10 per family) or a food donation (make checks payable to Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf); Note: Runners are welcome to donate more than $5! All proceeds (after facility and insurance fees) go to the Food Shelf.

Regististration:
- is the day of the event ONLY. Print registration form and bring with you to the Gutterson Field House between 10:00-10:45 the day of the event
Entry Fee:
- $5 ($10 per family) or a food donation (make checks payable to Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf)
Kids Race
- There will be a free 1/4 mile kid's race at the Archie Post fileds just before the 5K at 10:45.
NOTE: GMAA/insurance rules prohibit running with a baby jogger, dog, or headphones during the race.
