As a YMCA boys summer resident camp located on the southern tip of North Hero Island along the shores of Lake Champlain, Camp Abnaki emphasizes the development of leadership skills, personal growth, and character values to over 700 campers annually. The Family Camp weekend is an opportunty for parents and siblings to share in the experience of Camp Abnaki. Families may particpate in all activities or just kick-back and relax.
You can choose among the 24 rustic cabins located in 4 villages (map); each has bunk beds, mattresses (bring your own bedding), lights, and electricty. A nearby bath house provides sinks, toilets and hot showers.
No drugs, alcohol, or pets.
Registration is on a first-come basis.
