Yoga Play/Moms Yoga:
This is your chance to take Yoga while your child takes Yoga! Yoga Play (ages 1-5) and Moms Yoga (adults, dads welcome too!) are two separate classes. They take place across the hall from each other. Your child will enjoy a semi-structured class of yoga games, props, stories, as well a snack. In the meantime you enjoy a child-free vinyasa yoga class.
DATES, TIMES:
*Yoga Play: Fridays, 9:15-10:45 am
*Moms Yoga: 9:30-10:30 am (allows 15 minutes on either side of class for drop off/pick up from Yoga Play and any transitioning necessary for your child).
*10 week session A runs from January 11 – March 14
*10 week session B runs from March 21-May 23
COST:
*Moms Yoga: $110 for 10 weeks
*Yoga Play: $60 per child for 10 weeks (You may register up to 2 children for every adult in Moms Yoga, add $60 for the additional child.) This class is limited to 10 children.
