The community of Stowe and its visitors kick off the holiday season in a unique way. Expect gorgeous Main Street tree lighting, a children's lantern parade, a Vermont children's author reading, an art gallery full of festooned trees, classic holiday decorations, wagon rides, live reindeer, visits with Santa & Mrs. Claus, carolers, candy cane pulling, holiday cookie decorating, gingerbread house decorating, a holiday show at the Town Hall theatre, free public ice skating, holiday food & beverages, evening parties, retailer specials and much more! Schedule updates here.

A perfect slice of New England Village Christmas charm! A must-do early December festival event for all ages. I love that it's all free and open to the public.
